An exciting opportunity to join an established team within a successful company who have a strong and expanding placement within the refurbishment and new build construction industry.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to add to our friendly administration/customer service team
This role would suit someone who is looking for a varied office position, as the role will cover all areas of office administration and customer service.
You should be able to work well within a team but also use your own initiative when working alone to solve problems and answer queries.
Main Duties- All areas of office administration, as needed.
- Create, update, and keep records.
- Ensure that all office supplies are managed
- Consult with other departments internally and externally.
- Deal with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a professional manner
- Making refreshments and looking after visitors
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good all round IT skills particularly on MS office.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- A strong work ethic
- Bright and friendly with a cando attitude and a thirst to learn.
Salary:
From £9.50 per hour
