The Role:

Our client is seeking a New Enquiries Assistant in the Brand Engagement and Customer Experience team to join them in our Exeter office.

This position focuses on ensuring that potential clients who contact the firm receive "best in class" service, where theirneeds are effectively recognised and understood with a smooth introduction to their trusted adviser by legal teams.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

liaising with legal advisors in the allocation of new clients

- following-up new opportunities with a view to convert into new matters

Additionally, you will seek to identify and record reasons for winning and losing opportunities and be involved in general admin duties which will include recording enquiry information into the firm's IT system, whilst capturing the information accurately.

Experience of working in a front of house or clientcentric professional environment
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care.
You will be able to work in a busy and highly professional environment.

Key skills needed:

- highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines
- able to remain calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- flexible in approach and ability to work within a team environment

IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be able to use a case management system
