More about your role
We are looking to recruit for a position in our Credit Control Team.

The position available is responsible for the credit control function on behalf of Places Leisure and other areas of the group.

You will ensure all customers experience an effective, customerfocused and comprehensive service.

You will assist the team with various aspects of income allocation and debt collection.
This will include excellent negotiation skills and regular communication in chasing overdue debts. You will sense check and approve new customers, allocate income, issuemonthly statements and reminder letters and reconcile customer accounts.

You will need to be comfortable communicating with different types of customers, both internal and external and have the ability to resolve queries effectively and efficiently.


Please note:

This position is a hybrid role for a 12-month fixed term covering 36.25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

You will be entitled to 35 days holiday, with bank holidays included in this entitlement.

Due to the nature of this role, we require someone that is I.T. literate and a confident communicator,and comfortable liaising with different types of customers.
