Description

To directly project manage and deliver small to medium sized projects, and provide project support to larger projects. Be responsible for ensuring that project members and stakeholders are supported throughout the project lifecycle.

This will be achieved by interpreting project requirements and dependencies, offering advice and guidance on changes in ways of working, chairing regular implementation meetings, producing documentation that represents best practice and managing the project at a local level.

Be responsible for co-ordinating and planning individual implementation activities including, change management, issues and risks management and managing the formulation and adjustment of activity plans as required.
