Cove have partnered with an exciting business in Cwmbran who have a recent opening for a new Data Administrator to join their team.

Are you analytically minded with strong Data administration skills?
Do you have an acute understanding of Microsoft 360 and Excel?


This is a pivotal role where you will provide day-to-day administrative and analytical support for all the companies service Contracts.


Your Data role;

The main purpose of the role is data manipulation; you will be required to export, rewrite and manipulate data in preparation for report presentations, in line with our client's processes.

  • Delivering accurate and meaningful data reports to customers (Via EXCEL) in accordance with contractual KPIs, the role will be both exciting yet challenging. Your new role will see you interact with multiple functions across the business including Customer Support, Finance, Service Contracts.
  • Preparation of accurate and timely data reconciliation reports for presentations. Reports must be prepared with visual appeal for its target audience.
  • Preparation of accurate and timely purchase order reports for presentation to customers, including data from external sources (as required).
  • Maintenance of an accurate reporting schedule to ensure that all data reports are issued in accordance with the relevant deadlines.
  • To monitor and report upon contract KPIs by subcontractor and to escalate issues to the Senior Data Analyst, as they arise.

You will be someone who has truly believes that the devil is in the detail and have an uncanny eye for spotting errors and pride yourself on your ability to work with great accuracy.


  • Experience of working with multiple data sources and systems to produce a singular output. The ability to analyse data efficiently, produce highly accurate and professional reports and feedback to all key stakeholders.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business; confidence in your ability to anticipate what is required and remain flexible in the use of your own initiative to achieve the required output.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience of managing and handling data.
