The Transformation Team is a new team which has been tasked with building and driving the critical changes and innovation needed for end-to-end global transformation and we are searching for an experienced, organised, and task-focused Administration Assistant provide support to the Transformation Director and wider team.
In this role:
The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of all Transformation project/programmes and actively contribute to business efficiency.
What we would like from you:
- Manage the delivery of all administrative activities' tasks associated with the transformation work.
- Support the transformation communications in drafting and editing presentations in PowerPoint and any other related documentation, working closely with the Communications Specialist within the team
- Book travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries, including flights, transportation and hotels, review requirements for Visas, ESTAs etc plus CVD or similar requirements
- Confidently take ownership of various tasks or projects associated with the transformation and liaise with the wider global business as necessary
- Assist the organisation of whole company events and workshops
Desirable:
- Experience of project working, ideally with Change/Transformation projects
