Description
We are recruiting an extremely organised Administrator to work in a very busy Operations department within a manufacturing company based in Dudley.
The main duties of the Administrator will include:
- Chasing our UK and International supply chain to ensure the arrival of components to meet the manufacturing dates with in our two factories.
- Troubleshooting with the supply chain
- Raises purchase order via an MRP system
- Receipting
- Inventory Movements
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- Working closely with supply issue to our US and Dubai factories
- Other admin duties
- Fully proficient in all aspects of Microsoft office
- Attention to detail
- Happy to work in a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent administration skills
In return the company will provide full product support and training, the working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm and 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
