Bearingboys Ltd are looking for an organised, motivated individual to join their ever-growing team. We are an online business based just outside of Norwich.You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting the existing sales teams with enquiries and orders and the general running of the office.
The role is Full Time and will be Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5pm.Key tasks may involve the below;
- To answer all incoming enquiries from customers
- Order processing
- To prepare and submit quotations for customers for both parts online and parts needing to be sourced
- To process customer payments
- To process customer returns and refunds where necessary
- Providing basic levels of technical support on the products(training on the job)
- To provide high levels of customer service at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft programmes; such as outlook and excel
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in a similar industry is preferable but not essential
- Salary range £24,000 £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 20 Days plus bank holidays holiday entitlement
- Contributory Pension Scheme
- No weekend working
