Overview:


We are looking for an administration assistant who can help with our business we are insurance reinstatement contractors covering a large area of the UK repairing properties after fire and flood damage.

You will be responsible for making calls inbound and outbound. Arranging staff diaries, ordering materials through suppliers etc.


Ideally, we are looking for an experienced individual that has some construction knowledge or has worked within a maintenance department.


You must have excellent communication skills along with telephone manner, you must also be able to use a computer with word excel and also online software.

The role is a work from home position and the hours are 9 till 3 Monday to Friday.

You will be given a computer to work from and a desk top phone.


Due to the position being home based we must stress that the person is able to take calls without noise in the background.

We have strict SLA and KPI so calls must be answered quickly and efficiently.

Rate of pay is £13.00 per hour and the pay is monthly.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work from Home Admin.

As a remote administrative professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with clerical and administrative duties as assigned
  • Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various tasks
  • Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
  • Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Proficient in using Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other computerized systems
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
