Sales Administrator
Daventry
Permanent
Full-time Monday to Thursday; 16.00 finish on Friday)
£20 - 22,000 - dependent on level of previous experience.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Process orders, advising on stock levels, price, availability, and all other relevant information.
- Process quotes using internal system.
- Cross and upsell company products where appropriate.
- Update client information and conduct market research.
- Liaise with internal teams as well as third parties (e.g. carriers and thirdparty delivery companies).
- Nurture and improve relationships with existing accounts, and provide solutions to any customer issues/order snags.
- Any other general administrative support as required by the team.
Key experience and skills required for the Sales Administrator:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience within office administration, ideally supporting a sales function.
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Proactive, cando attitude.
- Organised with ability to multitask and manage own workload.
