Sales Administrator Role

£25,000 per year


Based:
Leamington Spa

We offer unprecedented customer orientation and enable beverage manufacturers to create unique designs with unprecedented speed and flexibility based on the latest technology and digital processes.

This is our promise and our passion. Together with the office team you will support our location in Leamington Spa in all administrative matters.


Your tasks:

  • Supporting the Sales and operations teams with order fulfilment.
  • Managing stock and inventory
  • Working with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate the delivery of all finished goods
  • Invoicing customers

What you should bring:

  • Proven experience in a Sales administration role
  • Proven experience in distribution and export sales.
  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficient in using software Google Docs or Microsoft Office and ERP tools
