This Senior Tax Manager job is in Birmingham and presents a huge opportunity for an exceptionally talented tax accountant with great all-round experience, ambition, leadership qualities and contribute towards driving the team forward into the next generationof accounting.

You will be confident, a motivated self-starter and will be excited to have the opportunity to represent the firm at a strategic level.

The role will require a significant amount of knowledge and technical experience.

What are we looking for?

CTA qualified.
Demonstrable experience of tax roles in a practice setting.
A proven record of accomplishment of developing new and profitable revenue streams.
Technically proficient in all areas of tax compliance and advice.
An entrepreneurial, cando attitude to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
An experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Purpose

The highlevel oversight of tax services to an established and loyal client portfolio.
Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services.
Ensure the highquality provision of accounting services.
Development and growth of new clients and opportunities.
Oversee and support projects and initiatives, as necessary.
Department management and staff development ensuring employee performance and delivery.
