Our client is currently looking to add a dynamic and self motivated individual with a passion for making a difference in their local community.

Your role will be integral to fostering positive relationships with customers and expanding business opportunities.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, acquiring new business, informing the community, and providing consumer education and sales support.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for community engagement in order to raise additional revenue in fundraising efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Inquiries:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, striving to exceed expectations and build strong relationships.

New Business Acquisition:
Identify and target potential business opportunities within the community. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and generate leads. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Community Information:

Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, disseminating relevant information about products, services, events, or initiatives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content through various channels such as social media, newsletters, and community forums.

Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and presentations to promote brand awareness and establish a strong presence.

Consumer Education and Sales Support:
Develop educational materials and resources to enhance consumer understanding of products or services.

Conduct training sessions or workshops for customers or community members to educate them on product features, benefits, and best practices.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide support during sales cycles, including product demonstrations, answering technical queries, and assisting with sales proposals.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, community outreach, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay:
Up to £850.00 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
