If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter to join our repairs and maintenance division.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy environment.

Working on VOID properties, you will be working on individual requirements, going from job to job to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.

What you need to have:

Two core trades: ideally, joinery and Carpentry,
Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
A relevant trade qualification or extensive "on the job" experience
Full driving licence
Must have the ability to communicate with client's representatives, tenants and other agencies as required
Experience in UPVC. (Repairing and renewing locks, overhauling plastic doors, boxing in, refixing of shower seats, renewal of window boards etc)
