Shaw Healthcare are recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our internal recruitment and fulfillment department based at our head officeLocation:
St Mellons, Cardiff - Hybrid working
Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday-Friday
Salary:
£22,955.96 increasing to £24,955.
96 from 1st April

Objectives: - To work with the Team in providing an effective and comprehensive HR, Recruitment and Agency Fulfilment service within Shaw healthcare and support the Group's Corporate Plan objectives and vision and values.
To work with the Services and agency suppliers to ensure all staffing requirements are achieved.
To provide excellent standards of customer service through recruitment and agency fulfilment.

Principal duties:
- Liaise with key stakeholders including Service Managers and Administration teams to understand the requirements for all assigned temporary and permanent resourcing requirements.
For permanent recruitment, support the Services through posting role and scheduling interviews.
For temporary shift cover, support the services through liaising with bank staff and agencies to ensure that the correct staffing levels and skills mix are achieved.
Ensure temporary staff are cleared to work and added to the system in a timely manner
Be the first point of contact to the Agencies providing temporary staff
Maintain the rota system accurately and promptly to eliminate the risk of any over/under staffing
Work with the marketing team to produce recruitment materials for sites
