Due to expansion, an industry leading business in Waterloo is looking for a Customer Support Advisor.

If you have proven customer service skills, and enjoy working with the latest technology, this could be the role for you.


Becoming a Customer Support Advisor is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic result driven individual who is looking to develop their career in a client-centric role.

This is a key role and a fundamental cog in the company's machine.


As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be providing expert and in-depth product knowledge, and be able to efficiently communicate with clients.

You will be confident in explaining complex product technicalities and be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude to problem solving.


You will be:

  • Working closely with clients and consumers
  • Responsible for supporting the improvement of products and services
  • Provide technical assistance and user support for incoming queries
  • Report and escalate any issues, and be able to effectively prioritise pressing tasks
  • Possess an excellent understanding of client needs
  • Ability to efficiently communicate complex technical information to clients

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to communicate complex product technicalities to consumers and clients in an easytounderstand manner
  • Possess great analytical skills
  • Be able to clearly communicate troubleshooting solutions
  • Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great listening skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to sort through queries and prioritise efficiently
  • Strong IT skills
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a salary of £20,000pa to £23,000pa based on experience.
