WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • In short, we're looking for Photographers. Both Trainee and experienced._
  • Coming in as a Trainee a background in Photography is certainly ideal, but not essential. We appreciate that everybody needs to start somewhere. You'll be passionate about photography though, and we want to hear about it._

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • A typical day will see you taking ownership of your diary and scheduling your day as you see fit. You'll be speaking with clients and attending appointments to create a range of marketing services; from Photography and Videography to Virtual Tours, Floorplans and EPC's. _
  • Unlike other agencies, you'll cover a specific patch within your area, allowing you to build up your reputation and gain more clients._
  • Our Photographers all work on a basic salary of between £21k£26k (DOE), and on top of this they also work with a bonus structure. It's only right you take home more of your hard work. We also throw in an extra £375 attendance bonus, every three months, just to make life that little bit sweeter. And for the top performers there's the 'High Achievers Club', with trips to places such as Berlin and most recently, Istanbul._
  • We understand petrol costs can be a concern, that's why we supply all of our Photographers with their own fuel card, and a company car to match, of course._

TRAINING

  • Naturally, you'll be involved in a variety of different training opportunities with our inhouse Learning & Development team, they're here to support you in becoming the best Photographer that you can be. You'll also spend time shadowing some of our more experienced Photographers to really immerse yourself in our process._
  • Consider yourself a pro? We'll ensure you're given ongoing development to really hone your skills._

WHO ARE WE?

  • We're NicheCom, we provide best in class marketing services to estate agents across the country, including Photography, Video, Virtual Tours, Floorplans, EPCs, Drone Work, Design, Marketing and Print._
  • We don't like to brag, but we're continuing to grow pretty quickly. We began with just two, now we're a team of almost 200 across the UK and South Africa, so plenty of scope to get involved with something bigger later down the line._
