    The Role

    At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to make it easy for men to dress well. This requires the dedication and expertise of our specialist teams.

    This position involves working closely with Scott, Raj, and the team in our Jermyn Street store as a Customer Service Specialist.

    This contract is 24 hours per week; candidates must be fully flexible to work on weekends with some weekday availability.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service in the Flagship store. This includes:

    • Managing customer experiences and communication effectively
    • Working closely with the wider Jermyn Street sales and operations teams to achieve the store's goals
    • Developing relationships with customers, other stores, Head Office, and Customer Service to ensure a strong connection

    In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also undertake Sales Assistant duties on the shop floor when required, stock accuracy and management tasks, visual merchandising, and adhere to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant trading environment.

    Requirements

    We are seeking an experienced candidate with a background in customer service-led roles in fast-paced retail or hospitality within a large team.

    • High level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong IT proficiency and good understanding of Microsoft Office
    • Experience with stock room operations and alterations (desired but not essential)
