Following exciting growth, and the creation of new roles within our organisation, we're looking for a brilliant Project Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver real impact for customers implementing our solutions.

You'll be working as part of our Implementation team, coordinating projects by bringing together the right people at the right stage, providing regular updates and ensuring that everybody understands their responsibilities within the project, including customer stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be brilliant with people and will work with customers to help maintain one of the industry's highest on time delivery rates
This role includes:
Working with customers:
- Manage and maintain implementation plans, tracking actions, dependencies and issues
- Coordinate resources between our Implementation, Customer Success, Product and Technical teams
- Support the Implementation Specialist in running regular status calls with the customer, capturing notes and sharing actions
- Keep calendars up to date, ensuring workshops are booked and attendees are invited and are aware of any prework they need to complete
- Sharing success with our wider organisation so that everyone is aware of things that have gone really well
You will be some
one who:
- Has experience working in a project environment in any of a range of capacities
- Is organised and loves being on top of all the actions required to provide a successful outcome
- Has a great eye for detail and a willingness to understand the impact of any emerging issues
- Is a confident communicator with internal and customer stakeholders up to C-Suite level
- Loves working as part of a high impact successful team to delight and excite people who work with us
- Can work in an agile way and is able to adapt ways of working as our business continues to grow and scale
- Resident in the UK
