Project Co-ordinator
We are a well established industrial concrete floor sub-contractor based in Chorley Lancashire, We are looking for an Project Co-ordinator to join our team.
The company has enjoyed continual, steady growth and as such we need to add to our Operations team.
The role doesn't require any construction experience. We'll give you all the training you'll need.
Requirements:
- Demonstration of organisational skills in any sector of work.
- PC literate, comfortable using basic programs including Microsoft Office, (e.g. Word, Outlook and Excel).
- Strong & confident verbal communicator
- Ability to commute to Chorley PR6 7BX. The role is office based.
The Role
To begin with you will be assisting the Operations Team learning the role
Once you have gained the relevant experience with us you'll be able to progress to a full time Project Co-ordinator roll which includes ;
- Preparing plant and material schedules
- Liaising with our warehouse and transport staff
- Ordering plant and materials
- Coordinating testing services and subcontractors
- Producing and issuing O&M manuals
- Customer after care
Salary:
Negotiable
Hours;
Full-time 40 hrs per week
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch.
Salary:
£18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
