We currently have a vacancy for a Distribution Supervisor to work in our Distribution Centre in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Reporting directly into the Distribution Manager, this is a busy and varied role that will oversee the execution of shipping multiple orders, ensuring that all deliveries are on time in full (OTIF), and that our valued customer expectations and service level agreements (SLA's) are met.

This role will oversee the Distribution Operations Team people including Agency workers) providing leadership and guidance to optimize individual and team performance. This will be especially important during peak season and during product launches.

You will have experience of leading a team and adhering to all warehousing processes including pick, pack, shipping of goods and shipping and inventory requirements.

Experience of working in a Distribution Centre is essential as is knowledge of the Health and Safety requirements needed in a large, busy fast-paced environment.
