Description

Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance (CMCA) leads the delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan (LTP) ambitions for cancer across our local system.

The Cancer Alliance provides system oversight and co-ordination for cancer services through collaboration with partners with the aims of improving outcomes for patients and improving performance against key operational standards.

CMCA is looking to recruit a highly motivated and organised individual to provide leadership, facilitation and engagement support to Primary Care covering the prevention and early cancer diagnosis agenda.

Facilitating system wide change to support with delivery of CMCA objectives and priorities identified within NHS Long Term Plan for Cancer plus support Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to achieve the early cancer diagnosis components of their contracts.

You will work closely with Place Based GP Cancer Leads, CMCA Cancer Academy and other CMCA teams.
