As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Graduate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:
As a Graduate Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and design initiatives.
Working closely with our marketing team, you will contribute to the creation of visually appealing and engaging collateral, both digital and print.
This includes designing marketing materials, website graphics, social media visuals, infographics, presentations, and other creative assets.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Create compelling visual designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate key messages.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Ensure consistency in design across all channels and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our design output.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize designs for various digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. (desired but not required)
- Desirable skills include a diverse collection of design work in a compelling portfolio, displaying creativity, meticulousness, and expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Additionally, proficiency in photography and videography is also sought after.
- Proficiency in creating graphics optimized for both digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to interpret and translate marketing requirements into visually appealing designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle constructive feedback.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with the property industry or related fields is advantageous but not required.
