An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at The Pallet LOOP.

Your role:

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for following warm leads provided by our Sales team to engage with site managers of locations not currently engaging in our Pallet recovery business.

Liaising with both internal and external customers the role requires the ability to build and maintain relationships as well as excellent customer service skills.
