Facilities Manager position at Rendall & Rittner (The Tower, Vauxhall, SW8)

Location - The Tower (Vauxhall, SW8)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Salary - up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract - Permanent

**Your working environment?
**The Tower is a residential skyscraper in Vauxhall, London, and part of the St George Wharf development. At 181 metres (594 ft) tall with 50 storeys and 211 luxury residential apartments, it is the eighteenth-tallest building in London and the tallestresidential building in the United Kingdom.

Facilities of the building including a lobby, business lounge, gym, spa and swimming pool and a wind turbine that tops the building.

The Tower is conveniently located just a few minutes from Vauxhall train station.

What makes a successful Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner?

you'll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.

you'll have managed commercial tenants, assisting with queries and managing the relationships.

you have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.

you'll have successfully worked with a variety of commercial contracts and liaising with key personnel daily basis.

You'll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems

your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.

you'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment.
