Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary:
£14,605 - £20,310 - depending on experience
Place of Work:
Rochester, Medway, Kent
We are the leading provider of specialist homelessness accommodation services to the Southeast, and we are searching for new staff member to join the growing team.

Duties will include:
- Manage & respond to all incoming complaints and queries
- Monitoring & sending correspondence in forms of welcome packs, letters, texts
- Deal with all incoming correspondence from utility suppliers
- General administration tasks as required for office
- Likely two Saturdays work a month, as overtime, or with time off in the working week
Role Requirements:
- A caring and compassionate approach
- Excellent level of written English
- Work within a multidisciplinary team across departments
- Housing (or similar) experience (but not essential)
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Good timekeeping skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Computer Literate
- An understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
- Experience would be an advantage but not essential as all training will be given
- You must be an excellent communicator, with an excellent level of written English and fantastic customer service skills with a friendly and helpful approach
- You must pass a DBS check and be a UK citizen or free to work in the UK. Evidence of this will be requested
