THIS IS A BUSY AND ACTIVE ROLE FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A PART TIME JOB
_Hours of work are Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm_
Our client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will be speaking customers who take a range of services, and advising them on what to do next
- On a day to day basis you will:
- Provide support where possible on the initial call
- Escalate the call to a technical assistant when necessary
- Follow up calls to ensure they are resovled
- Record and update records to make sure all the details are taken
- Be helpful and proactive to your customers
You will need to:
- Have a good working knowlwdge of Microsoft Office
- Be able to communicate well
- Pick up new technology quickly
- Have great team working skills
