The School of Psychological Sciences and Health is looking to recruit a full-time researcher (at Grade 6) to assist with the day-to-day running of a Brain Research UK funded project examining digital Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for insomnia in individuals with chronic migraine.

The post is fixed term for 1 year.


To be considered for the role, you should have a good honours degree in Psychology (or other relevant discipline) although a MSc is desirable.

You will have knowledge and experience of quantitative data collection (experience with clinical trials is desirable) and have experience of undertaking independent or supervised research work in relevant fields (e.g.

health psychology, public health). Experience coordinating a clinical trial and/or experience with digital therapies is desirable, but not essential.

You will be able to plan and prioritise your own workload and be able to work within a team environment.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, engage and persuade and to present complex information in an accessible way to a range of audiences.
