About us:


The EDHEC Infrastructure and Private Assets Institute is looking for a mid-senior executive to join a team working on private investments with the mission to engage the investment community worldwide and increase the impact of EDHEC research amongst marketparticipants and their relationship with EDHEC.


Objectives
Supporting the Director of Investor Outreach in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success in day-to-day operations
Responding to client queries in a timely manner, broadening use case at each client account to ensure longevity.
Assisting the Engagement team in running thematic engagement campaigns aimed at valorising the data and research of EDHECinfra & Private Assets that drives the incubation of new leads that support the Business Development Team
Working collaboratively alongside Marketing and Data Research team in creating and maintaining a stream of "engagement content", eg. infraMetrics insights newsletter, product factsheets etc.
Organising and animating the awareness and engagement of investors in private assets through the organisation of targeted private events and meetings furthering the impact and network of the organisation and its commercial opportunities


Requirements:

At least 5-7 years of experience in the finance industry either in a financial journalism/research/data or account management role
Subject matter knowledge within the overall finance or alternative assets sector especially private equity and infrastructure

Experience producing written reports for wide public use and running advocacy campaigns around such reports including engaging with public policy and regulatory bodies.

Experience in relationship-building, engaging with industry stakeholders in a meaningful and goal-oriented way in order to meet business objectives
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Competencies

A self-starter, able to work independently and within a team
A confident and strong communicator, able to conduct high-level conversations/engagements with senior industry stakeholders. Public speaking experience preferred but not compulsory
The ability to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability to different workflows and processes
Responsiveness and work efficiency - the ability to deliver on time to deadlines
Project management - the ability to plan and manage complexity, running several projects at the same time
