Recruitment Resourcer/Delivery Consultant


Based in Rochdale, this recruitment agency was established 20 years ago by experienced recruitment professionals who had held senior roles within the industry.

They are now looking to add 2 more people to their small team.

They have a great reputation in their markets, with lots of recommendations on their website and a very high score on Google reviews.

They are focused on the Accountancy, Finance, and Office Support sectors predominantly in the Northwest of England. Their client base ranges from small to large businesses, as well as Charities, Public Sector, and Chartered Practice.

For these roles, they are open to looking at people from varied backgrounds.

You could already be in recruitment as a 360 recruiter or Resourcer/Delivery Consultant - but you feel you're in the wrong company/sector.

OR

You are working in sales/customer service and want to make your 1st move into the recruitment sector.

In terms of salary, you will be looking at a basic of £23-£30k depending on your experience.

There is also a very competitive commission scheme % of what you bill is easily achievable, with 25% available for anyone billing over £15k per month.


They have a really nice modern office environment with onsite parking, they finish at 2 pm on a Friday and will provide you with all the development you will need to be successful in this role.
