Your main responsibilities will include:

Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the customer's needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Updating customer information in our database and ensuring that it is accurate and uptodate.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience, from order processing to product delivery.
Identifying opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures, and working with the team to implement changes.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent
Some customer service experience
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office a
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and handle difficult customers, are essential.
A positive attitude, empathy, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt

Salary:
£20,463.00-£21,859.00 per year
