MDA College is a private Further Education College established in 2006. For the past 15 years the college has hosted international students from all over the world. The College offers English language and Pathway programmes onto UK Universities for international students.

Job Details:

The College is looking for an individual who can bring a positive and joyful atmosphere to the college. Someone who can be there for our students to make sure they have the best possible experience. Someone who can travel and attend key events to market the college in recruiting students.

Requirement stage

Face to Face/Online Interview
The position is available in Part time and Full time.
A Paid induction period will be conducted for 6 weeks

Welfare:

Arriving at a new country where you cannot speak the language can be difficult.

For this reason, welfare is an important part in the college as it means making sure students are well looked after.

Key Roles include:
Dealing with Student Welfare, Accommodation, and Social Activities as well as acting as Fire Marshal and Health and Safety Officer

To Follow British Council Criteria for Welfare & Health and Safety.
To Speak to students on a regular basis to gain insight to any issues they may need assistance with
To assist with student arrivals by making sure they have arrived in the country, at their accommodation and accommodated any needs or issues
To assist students on a day to day basis with any formal and informal issues students face
Providing a warm welcome to the College and a warm Farewell
Conduct College Induction and welfare forms
Acting as Health and Safety Officer
Fire Marshal
City tours
To be the first point of contact for a new arriving student
Arranging Social Activities for Students (Weekday and Weekends)
Daily Social Media posts
Student reviews online and video testimonials

Weekday and Weekend (Saturday)

Weekly rota:
Times will change each week.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary:
£9.50-£12.00 per hour
