HFD Group are currently looking to recuit a Credit Controller to look after multiple companies collecting and chasing debts with some admin work. This is a key role within the finance department. Working 37 hours per week (Core Hours
The current team consists of the Finance Director, Business System and Change Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Accountant, 4 Accountants Assistants, Payroll Manager, and a Credit Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Downloading daily bank statements for numerous banks
- Posting and allocating cash receipts and payment on a daily basis
- Weekly reporting for overdue accounts
- DD collections
- Raising invoices for misc charges internally
- Monthly statements to customers
- Chasing debt via, phone, letters etc
- Account reconciliations
- Cash banking plus adhoc duties
Successful applicants must have strong Credit Control experience in dealing with all of the above as well as have Excel and Sage experience.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
