HFD Group Ltd is Scotland's leading commercial property and services company. A full-service Group of companies encompassing all aspects of property development, support services, construction, office provider, energy and associated data services.

HFD Group are currently looking to recuit a Credit Controller to look after multiple companies collecting and chasing debts with some admin work. This is a key role within the finance department. Working 37 hours per week (Core Hours

The current team consists of the Finance Director, Business System and Change Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Accountant, 4 Accountants Assistants, Payroll Manager, and a Credit Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

Downloading daily bank statements for numerous banks
Posting and allocating cash receipts and payment on a daily basis
Weekly reporting for overdue accounts
DD collections
Raising invoices for misc charges internally
Monthly statements to customers
Chasing debt via, phone, letters etc
Account reconciliations
Cash banking plus adhoc duties

Successful applicants must have strong Credit Control experience in dealing with all of the above as well as have Excel and Sage experience.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
