Delivery Driver (full-time, including some weekends)
Reports to:
Boutique Manager

Role description:
1. Order Delivery
- Load, transport and deliver floral arrangements to clients and businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure that items are properly secured inside the delivery vehicle.
- Analyse delivery addresses, determine appropriate routes, adhere to the routes and maintain schedules.
- Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products.
- Provide excellent customer service in line with the company ethos and values, answer questions and handle possible clients' complaints appropriately
2. Delivery administration
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
- Fill out and sign delivery sheets related to orders and report to the Store Manager with regards to any issues
- Fill in pertinent information such as mileage and delivery times where required in company provided logbooks
3. Driving and Vehicle maintenance
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles
- Notify Store Manager about any major repairs and maintenances.
- Report any accidents, injuries or product damages to Store Manager immediately.
- Maintain the vehicles clean and tidy.
- Ensure vehicle has adequate fuel at all times.
- Take full accountability for any equipment related to the vehicle and the devices assigned to the team of drivers.
- Hand over the shared devices (vehicle keys, mobile phones etc) to Store Manager at the end of each shift.
4. Transporting goods between sites.
- Assist Store Manager, Concession Manager, Head of Operations and Studio Crew with any transportation and delivery needs, which may arise.
- Make regular trips to the market and deliver the produce required for business.
- Deliver installations to special projects outside the main sites, to private venue and residences, collect when necessary.
5.
General assistance, which may include:
- Flower conditioning
- Packing, unpacking
- Removing waste etc
Your Profile:
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Minimum 3years driving experience in London
- Excellent knowledge of London geography, driving restrictions, CC and ULEZ zones etc
- Great customer service skills, polite and friendly manner
- Satisfactory IT and computer skills
- Preference will be given if you have driving experience in Floristry, Luxury Retail or Events Industries
Job Types:

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
£13.00 per hour
