Techxi is a ground transportation company that specialise in Home to School transport and Corporate Mobility.

We are seeking a highly responsible and compassionate individual to join our team as a Private Hire Driver for Special Needs Students and Corporate Accounts.

Vehicle provided, including licence, insurance and fuel.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and comfort of special education needs children while in transit
Follow designated routes and schedules
Maintain a clean and wellpresented vehicle
Communicate with parents, guardians, and school staff as needed
Complete daily vehicle checks
Follow all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements:

A valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record
A Private Hire driver's license(We will provide full internal training)
Ability to lift and secure special needs equipment, if required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Working hours:

9 hour shifts between 6am and 6pm
Monday to Friday
One weekend a month
UNLIMITED Evening and weekend overtime AVAILABLE

The acquisition of a Private Hire License typically requires 12-14 weeks of preparation.

This process is designed to accommodate those who are currently employed, as the time commitment involved is mínimal, requiring only 10 hours of dedication.

Techxi is committed to supporting new drivers in obtaining the necessary Private Hire License by covering all associated costs, provided the individual remains employed with us for a minimum of 12 months.
