First Call Contract Services are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Officer for our clients busy production & supply facility based in Chesham, HP5.


The main purpose of the role is to provide implementation & administrative compliance support for the ISO 9001: 2015, 14001, H&S, FSC, PEFC and FSSC 22000 standards across the company.

Immediate interviews & starts are available.

  • Ensure daily company compliance across the business
  • Plan for and represent the company at external audits for the certifications and compliance
  • Carry out various daily compliance administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and assist in the management of compliance at the company's production facility
  • Liaise and work with the companies Compliance & Sustainability consultants on a weekly basis
  • Mentor, liaise and work with the department team leaders for compliance activities
  • Conduct training, reviews, and internal audits to ensure compliance
  • Actively promote process or procedural improvements across the business
  • Have ideally worked within a Compliance or Quality position previously
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have an excellent attention to detail & promote company standards at all times
  • Have excellent computer skills including Microsoft packages & audit experience
Hours or work are Monday to Friday, flexible times & hybrid working is available.

Starting salary £30kpa to £35kpa + excellent company benefits.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
