Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team

Responsibilities of the SW Coordinator:

Streetworks administration, opening, monitoring, and closing of legally compliant Street Work notice requests.
Managing the receipt, registration and close out of Local Authority and Highway works notices.
Monitoring reinstatement compliance under the relevant Streetworks Acts
Distribution of fines to engineers for extensions, overstays etc.
Collation of PO's and booking of TM to the relevant contract.
Supporting Managers in their representations to and negotiations with Local Authorities, Highways Agency, Norfolk County Council.
Prepares and distributes weekly, monthly Street Works reports as requested.
Liaise with external and internal team members to ensure efficient production of TM designs.
Assist with project administration.
Provision of business reports, as necessary.

What we are looking for:

The ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail
Previous experience within a similar Civils role
A great attitude and fantastic work ethic
Previous experience working to tight deadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
Experience with raising, starting and stopping permits
Good IT/system skills
