Location:
Fully remote

Day rate:
£550 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)

Acorn Technology is working with an international energy organisation which is expanding their portfolio of businesses and products within the Renewable, Sustainable, Green Energy space globally.

Our client is looking to find a talented Software Test Lead toensure that all testing processes and procedures are executed effectively.


Key Deliverables:

  • Lead the software testing team to ensure that the team follows the best practices and testing strategies
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Perform functional testing, regression testing, security testing and performance testing
  • Mentor Junior members of the software testing team
  • Monitor and improve software testing activities to mitigate risks or issues
  • Participate in code reviews and technical design meetings

Key Technologies:

  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Java, C++ and Python
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Jira, Redmine and/or Bugzilla
  • Experience with Cloud Computing
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
