Hire Coordinator
Job description
SEP Geospatial are an
independently owned Survey Equipment supplier, dealing with multi-brand equipment providing a hire, sales and repair service.
Duties will include:
Processing hire desk administration, dealing with customer and supplier queries and managing a range of incoming and outgoing hires per day.
Co-ordination of routes and working effectively with drivers and workshop personnel to ensure equipment is complete and leaves the depot on time.
Ensure accuracy of all administration and that procedures for Hire / Sales contracts, Purchase orders, Stock transfers, Asset administration, are adhered to.
Maintaining and sending out weekly reports and dealing with subsequent queries.Experience and skills required:
Previous experience of working within a high-volume hire desk role is desirable, but not essential.
Excellent customer service skills and administrative skills a must.
Should be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Will have proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
