THE ROLE
This role will play a vital part in the Operations team. The Member Experience Support position will provide cover for all Uncommon's London sites as required.

This role will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional standards of service and operational excellence throughout our sites in all areas including reception, cafes, meeting rooms and events operation.

Whilst ensuring members and visitors receive a great service, this role will also support the Operations Manager with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the operational function at Uncommon.


OPERATIONS

  • Ensure communal spaces & front of house areas are always presentable & tidy.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and manage turnaround between bookings.
  • Contribute to positive Member feedback scores.
  • Provide great service to all locations when covering.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks for Members, General Managers and Operations Manager
  • Assist with events and bookings when required.
  • Daily building walks to ensure building standards are kept high.
  • Assist with moveins and moveouts, prepare and distribute member welcome packets.
  • Support with booking Security & Cleaners where needed / signed off by Assistant or General Manager.
  • Ensure best practice and processes are followed in line with Uncommon standards.
  • Gain an understanding of results and performance levels of buildings you cover.
  • Bring forward new initiatives to further improve service & offering to our members.
  • Help with the events space enquiries and support on viewings.
  • Help and support Team to deliver and achieve Departmental KPI's.
  • Share best practice and standards with buildings you cover to ensure consistency
  • Work with and coordinate with the wider team to ensure a high standard of delivery across the full range of activities in meeting rooms areas and These include technical, operational and catering requirements.
  • Support the Operations Manager with projects and operational needs as required.
  • Manage catering orders for internal and external events when required.
