We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Scotframe family. As a Sales Administrator working in Inverurie you will have proven experience in working in sales administration or similar.

Scotframe is one of may Saint Gobain brands.

Scotframe manufactures and supplies full timber frame housing kits for small/medium builders, developers and self-builders in the UK and is a market leader in closed panel systems used extensively for new build homes in Scotland and England.

Your responsibilities will include..._
Assisting the Commercial Manager on various tasks
Provide administration and coordination support to the sales team
Experience required. You will have;_
Proven excellent telephone and customer service skills
Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
Strong analytical skills and careful attention to detail
The ability to work on your own initiative, as well as being a team player
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
Flexibility and the ability to deal with high volumes of work
Excellent IT literacy on Word, Excel, Outlook and databases
Some knowledge of the construction industry would be helpful.
