Description
Proven experience in IT security, compliance and risk management, privacy & controls, and security reference architectures for all-in and/or hybrid deployments- Handson technical expertise in building security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code such as WAF, Firewall, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM
- Handson technical expertise in security architecture, technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment
- Proven track record of managing and leading largescale IT projects including definition and execution of successful project controls and experience running big scale security engagements with customers
- Excellent communication skills
As a Senior Security Architect of AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, you will have the opportunity to pioneer solutions for internal engagement security and to automate security operations for customers with responsible AI and to achieve unprecedented capability and agility.
Key job responsibilities
You will work with teams of security experts, customers, partners and fellow Amazonians to design and deploy cutting-edge security infrastructure, automate security operations for our customers.
You will drive internal offering development projects and become a deep technical resource that earns the trust of customer executive stakeholders.
You will build high-quality technical content such as automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers to help our consultants, partners,and customers build on the work we deliver. You will innovate on behalf of customers; translate your thoughts into action yielding measurable results
Additionally, you will collaborate with AWS service teams on new features and explore new challenges, using your technical knowledge and creativity to drive innovation.

London, GBR- Scripting skills, i.e., PowerShell, Python, , Javascript, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc. as well with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments at scale
- Technical expertise (design and/or implementation) in Cloud Computing technologies
- Experience in leading customer facing engagements such as risk assessment and management audits
- Experience building enterprise security strategy for cloud adoption or driving the program's
- Understanding implications of meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST/DoD frameworks.
