As Project Controller, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences.

You will contribute to the project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.

What you'll do:


  • Understand the project plan including the project outcome, scope, timelines and resources required
  • Issue and receipt supplier purchase orders and update project cost trackers and tracking sheets
  • Support the management of transport for the project with client, partners and subcontractors
  • Organise and coordinate all project materials such as training guides, briefing documentation and booking in documentation
  • Setting up and updating all systems required for the project including; Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Minsoft
  • Working alongside the wider project team to identify, assess and manage risk at project level
  • Supporting the quality control process by reviewing work to ensure it aligns with the project requirement and brief
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally

What you'll need:


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
  • GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English
