Salary:
£25,000 per year (rising to £34,500 after training)

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Summit Selection are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our client in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery efficiently and safely in accordance with company standards.
Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Conduct regular equipment checks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and advance to higher responsibility levels.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality output.
Willingness to undergo training and learn new skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
