About you

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist/ Front of House with administrative duties to join our Business Support Team.


The role will be office-based (9 am pm) and include a mix of front and back office tasks and offers the opportunity for growth as the firm modernises its operational and administration practices.

The role will include;

  • Management of Keys for the Property Management teams
  • Greeting external guests, setting up meeting facilities
  • Completing administrative tasks filing delivering and accepting mail
  • Phone Switchboard
  • Posthandling and scanning
  • Scanning job files
  • Arranging catering for meetings and daily office use
  • Booking in of external visitors
Key skills and characteristics;

  • Serviceorientated mindset with excellent people skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise competing tasks
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow a routine
Qualifications and Experience;

  • Completed GCSE or equivalent with pass grades
  • Minimum 1year office admin experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 365 and Cloudbased management systems
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or similar preferred
