Description

We are looking for a Designer / Art Director with a distinctive mix of skills and experience; someone who has designed brands, who naturally has great taste, and can also art direct, support writing briefs and be hands on throughout post production.


You will be experienced in every aspect of the creative process, comfortably building and evolving our brand across multiple touchpoints.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

_ Design_

  • You'll be working across new and existing brands on an array of executions such as publications, printed materials, environmental graphics, presentations, digital art direction, commissioning creative, packaging, type treatments, merchandise and campaigns
  • You will have the opportunity to work across design and branding briefs, helping evolve projects from concept to completion
  • You'll be supporting the creative team in managing design consistency around the world

_Art Direction_

  • Guiding our art direction across every touch point
  • Clearly communicating creative ideas and providing art direction using visual mood boards and references where necessary
  • Responsible for suggesting direction with styling, casting and post production
  • Work closely with third parties on the delivery of video, stills and other content
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the brand and customer identity

Requirements:


  • You have a portfolio of relevant work samples that demonstrates the above
  • An understanding of creative trends in tech, advertising, fashion, art and design
  • Strong communication skill
  • A keen eye for detail and craft
  • Able to juggle and adapt to multiple, fluid deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Proficient in Google Slides and able to put a business facing deck together efficiently
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills and calm under pressure
  • An extensive knowledge all essential creative software
