Sales AdvisorResponsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Resultsoriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer objections
- Knowledge of the products or services being offered is an asset
Salary:
£25,280.00-£26,255.00 per year
