Description
1.To ensure that invoices are entered onto the Finance System against valid Purchase Orders or coded to relevant nominal codes accurately for payment to meet with the Public Sector Payment Policy.2.
To process invoices relating to Direct Debits, Standing Orders and Pay Deductions.3. To follow up and deal with queries raised by suppliers and other members of the Trust.4.Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.5. Ad Hoc tasks when deemed necessary by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.6. To assist with the operation of financial services in accordance with the Trusts Standing Financial Instructions Please refer to the attached Job Description for further details
