Description
Due to an increase in workflow, we are seeking an Internal Repairs and Maintenance Operative to join our team.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 7am until 4pm.


To be considered for these roles, applicants must be able to make their own way to our premises at Woodacre Farm, 78 Warrington Road, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 9BT at 7am Monday to Friday.

Company vehicles are provided for travel to and from site addresses only. Please note currently most works are in the Rochdale and Manchester areas.

We are seeking applicants with any of the following works experience:
Tiling, Plastering, Kitchen fitting, Joinery, Painting & Decorating

Wages are negotiable depending on skills and experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£15.00 per hour

  • Internal repairs and maintenace: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS card (preferred)
  • Full, clean UK driving license (preferred)
