Senior IT Support Engineer

MS Office 365, Azure VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, ITILAre you looking to join a busy Service Desk where you can broaden your tech experience?

I am partnered with a leading UK accountancy & advisory firm who are embarking on a significant period of growth across technology.

Established in 1923, they provide accountancy & business services with a people-first approach and focus on sustainable success, employing over 650 people in and around London.

They are seeking to hire a
Senior IT Support Engineer who will provide support across their 6 Offices - spanning Liverpool Street, Romford, Heathrow, St Albans and Fitzrovia.

You would be based in the
Romford office, with the expectation to go into the
Liverpool Street office once a week.


  • Site visits to perform IT support across 6 offices
  • 1st to 2nd line support for Windows 10, Office 365 and IT Hardware
  • Windows desktop/laptop imaging and builds
  • IT hardware builds and maintenance

Key Skills:


  • Proven trackrecord in IT Support spanning hardware support, desktop/laptop imaging.
  • Knowledge of
    MS Office 365,
    Azure VMware, Citrix, Windows Server
  • Excellent communication skills and initiatives.
  • Willingness to lean and upskill into new technologies.
